Free sport and leisure activities could cost you an arm and a leg @CityWestminster. This weekend Leisure centres and other sports venues across Westminster will host more than 220 hours of ‘free’ activities. This very commendable, however I wouldn’t attempt to drive as the parking restrictions in Westminster are some of the worst in London, and this is even before they try and extend the times to which they apply.
