EurActiv is reporting that the newly formed Europe of Freedom and Democracy group, chaired by UKIP, the group’s largest member, has won the Chairmanship of the European Parliament’s Committee on Petitions…

Finally, the Eurosceptic Europe of Freedom Democracy (EFD) was given the chair of the petitions committee, previously under the stewardship of the UEN.

Will report as more information is revealed.
